RINGANA Partners are classed as active if their customer turnover amounts to at least 110 paid points in the respective statement month. You can find more information about this in the RINGANA target plan (RINGANA business papers).
A new activity criterion will apply to all new Partners with effect from 01.08.2022.
After a consecutive six-month period of inactivity (i.e. if not statement is issued for 6 months in a row), an individual’s RINGANA Partner status will automatically be converted to customer status.
From 01.08.2023 the new inactivity criterion will apply to all RINGANA Partners.
During the transition phase from 01.08.2022 – 31.07.2023 the existing 12-month inactivity rule will continue to apply for existing Partners (those registered as Partners before 01.08.2022).
After 3 months of inactivity, a reminder e-mail will be sent both to those registered as Partners from 01.08.2022 and their mentors. Where an individual registered before 01.08.2022, the reminder e-mail will continue to be sent after 6 inactive months, drawing attention to that inactivity. Information about conversion to customer status will be sent to the Partner and their mentor in the corresponding month of the status change.
